At A Pinch of This my personal chef service offers custom created gourmet meals prepared for your family's unique tastes and needs. Imagine coming home from a long day at work to the aroma of freshly prepared meals and a sparkling clean kitchen. Prices start as low as $250 plus the cost of groceries for 5 dinners for up to 3 persons. See our Menu page for more complete costing.

Whether it's a birthday party, corporate meeting, or a casual barbeque, A Pinch of This is the one to call for those smaller events that most large caterers pass up. Plated dinners up to 12 persons and buffet service up to 30 persons. I can even serve your event or you can take all the credit! Be sure to contact us for your next event.

Small group cooking classes can be given in the client's home. Classes will usually consist of 2 to 8 people. Chef Joe will teach a lesson on how to make a certain dish or types of dishes to the group and they will participate in making the dish to enjoy at the end of the class. Example classes are Appetizers, Soup, Pastries, Italian, Cooking 101,etc. We focus on cooking from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients and traditional techniques. You will finish each class with new skills, fond memories, and a greater level of confidence in the kitchen.
